It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. East Coast Wings shall not be responsible for failed deliveries or lost orders resulting from inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

8. Allergen and Nutritional Information

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services ("Dispute"), you and East Coast Wings agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. 16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved Dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

The arbitration shall take place in the United States in the state where East Coast Wings is principally located, or via remote/video means as mutually agreed. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except that the arbitrator may award costs and attorneys' fees to the prevailing party if the Dispute is found to be frivolous or brought in bad faith.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of the Dispute. Additionally, claims that qualify for small claims court may be brought in the applicable small claims court instead of arbitration.

In the event of a force majeure event, East Coast Wings will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will notify customers of any significant service disruptions where feasible.
